Use of Donations

• All donations are voluntary and non-refundable.

• Contributions are not payments for travel services, financial concierge services, or any other goods.

• Funds will be applied at the discretion of TS Journeys to best support the Restored Journeys Initiative’s mission and related community programs.
   

No Guarantees

• While we share our vision and goals, timelines and specific project outcomes may shift due to circumstances outside of our control.

• TS Journeys will make every effort to use donations in alignment with our stated purpose, but results may vary.
   

Tax Status

• At this time, donations made to TS Journeys or the Restored Journeys Initiative are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions. Please consult your tax advisor for guidance on your specific situation.
   

Donor Release

By making a donation, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your contribution is final and non-refundable.

• TS Journeys may use your donation in the manner it deems most effective.

• You release and hold harmless TS Journeys, its officers, and affiliates from any claims related to the use or allocation of donated funds.
