At Tyemkae Sensational Journeys (TSJ), our passion extends far beyond curating vacations. It’s about helping people restore peace of mind and rebuild their lives. Our most ambitious philanthropic endeavor is to acquire old or abandoned hotels and transform them into transitional housing communities designed to serve individuals and families from all walks of life.

​​​​​These facilities will provide not just a roof, but a foundation:

​

1. Resident Support & Intake – The first three floors will be dedicated to resident life and services, with administrative offices, a business center equipped with modern technology, and conference rooms repurposed into libraries and study halls. Classrooms will host required courses in financial literacy, budgeting, entrepreneurship, and career development, ensuring that every resident leaves with the tools to thrive.
    

2. Family-Centered Care – A 24-hour daycare for newborns through 12-year-olds, a dedicated after-school hangout for ages 13–15, and a safe teen lounge for ages 16–17 will nurture young residents while providing parents with peace of mind. Security and access will be carefully managed so that children’s floors are accessible only by them or their parents, ensuring safety and dignity.
    

3. Wellness & Recreation – Indoor and outdoor facilities such as basketball courts, walking tracks, fitness centers, and swimming pools will encourage health and community.
    

4. Safe, Affordable Housing – The upper floors will be renovated into spacious tenant rooms with kitchenettes and multiple bedrooms for families. This low-cost housing will support people in rebuilding after life-altering events; whether an unhoused teenager seeking stability, a divorcing parent needing a reset, or a family regaining footing after hardship.
    

5. The Give-Back Model – Residents will be required to volunteer within the facility, learning the value of service as part of their restoration. Once transitioned out, they will have committed to giving back monthly for the same amount of time spent benefiting from housing, creating a cycle of sustainability and shared responsibility.
    

Funding & Legacy
This vision will be powered by a blend of investors, grants, fundraising initiatives, and contributions from past residents. Each facility will stand as a beacon of hope, proving that dignity, opportunity, and empowerment can be rebuilt; one restored hotel at a time.
