1. Services Provided

TS Journeys acts as an intermediary between clients and travel suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, and activity providers. We facilitate bookings, financial planning, and related services but do not own, operate, or control the services provided by third-party suppliers.

2. Payments & Fees

• A planning fee may be required prior to beginning services. This fee is non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

• Payments for travel services are made directly to the suppliers or through approved payment processors.

• Clients are responsible for reviewing invoices carefully and making timely payments.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective travel suppliers (airlines, cruise lines, hotels, etc.).

• TS Journeys is not responsible for supplier refund policies or denial of refunds.

• Any refund requests must be directed to the supplier; we will assist where possible but cannot guarantee outcomes.

• Planning or research fees paid to TS Journeys are non-refundable.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Ensure that all personal information provided (including legal names, passport details, and travel preferences) is accurate.

• Maintain valid travel documents (passports, visas, vaccination records, etc.) required by destinations.

• Purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, as TS Journeys is not liable for losses due to cancellations, medical issues, delays, or other disruptions.

5. Liability

TS Journeys is not responsible for:

• Acts or omissions of third-party travel providers.

• Changes in travel plans due to weather, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

• Personal injury, loss, or property damage sustained during travel.

Clients agree to hold TS Journeys harmless from any claims arising from third-party services or circumstances outside our control.

6. Financial Concierge Services

Any budgeting, planning, or financial guidance provided by TS Journeys is for educational and informational purposes only and should not be considered financial, tax, or investment advice. Clients are encouraged to consult licensed professionals for legal, tax, or investment matters.

7. Donations to the Restored Journeys Initiative

• Donations made to support the Restored Journeys Initiative are voluntary and non-refundable.

• All contributions are used at the discretion of TS Journeys to further the mission of transforming abandoned properties into transitional housing and related community support initiatives.

• Donors acknowledge that contributions do not constitute payment for goods, services, or travel arrangements and are not eligible for chargebacks or reimbursement.

• TS Journeys reserves the right to allocate and apply donated funds in the manner deemed most effective to achieve project goals.

• While TS Journeys endeavors to use donations as described in promotional materials, timelines, and project outcomes may be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Donors release and hold harmless TS Journeys, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims related to the use, allocation, or administration of donated funds.

8. Changes to These Terms

TS Journeys reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be reflected on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
